Cambridge Society of Washington DC

For past and present members of the University to remain in touch in DC.

Having not played snooker since the early eighties .(the ' Grad pad' used to have a good room devoted to this noble sport) I've had a recent desire to play again...anyone know of a place around Baltimore/DC that has tables?

Mark,

Glad to see you've adapted to local greetings...although you may want to consider using 'Yo' to give the 'bro' a more genuine flavour.

I had no idea there were any Dowagers living in Annapolis, certainly not snooker playing ones (although perhaps I shouldn't be that surprised, the town does have a faded charm to it. I'm not sure if I've ever drunk tea while playing; Scotch is preferable and generally improves my game, at least up to the third 'dram'.

Although I'd be delighted to share a frame ot two with either elected leader I'm not so sure it would do much for Anglo-American relations. Perhaps the D-Q N could be persuaded to cue up?
