I'm a journalist for U.S. News and World Report, where I write about politics and foreign affairs on the 'Nation and World' desk. I've also worked at the D.C. bureau of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
I finished an M.Phil in International Relations at Pembroke College, Cambridge in 2008. I'd also studied abroad and studied imperial history at Pembroke as a college junior. I graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in history in 2007.
I love traveling, scuba diving, sailing, art, photography, and downhill skiing -- I raced for ten years. And while at Cambridge, like just about everyone else, I rowed for college!
